ABOUT ME

With over two decades of experience in music composition and audio production, Dr. Kang Kee, Ng is a seasoned music director, composer, producer, and arranger whose works span across genres, traditions, and continents.
Combining deep roots in traditional Asian music with cutting-edge sound design, KangKee’s work bridges cultural heritage and contemporary expression. His productions have been featured in major multimedia projects, stage performances, and cross-cultural showcases throughout Europe, Asia, and the United States.
Holding a PhD in Engineering, he brings a unique blend of artistic depth and technical innovation—pushing the boundaries of music as both a craft and a transformative medium. KangKee is also the music director of Siong Leng, an arts company in Singapore that preserves and promotes the Nanyin style of music.
